My work spans across public, private, nonprofit, and educational settings, giving me a deep understanding of how systems impact well-being. My approach combines practical strategies with skills rooted in compassion. Whether it is small groups or large we can learn together and grow exponentially.
Education
2012-2015
Florida Institute of Technology
After completing my Masters, I pursued a Post-Masters Certification in Behavioral Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. This specialized training solidified my commitment to not only understanding our internal states, but also translating that awareness into meaningful, actionable change. It reinforced the idea that reflection is powerful—but it’s through intentional behavior change that we truly grow, thrive, and move toward lasting wellness.
2005-2008
New York University
I earned my Masters in Social Work from New York University, an experience that deepened my commitment to supporting individual and collective well-being. It was during this time that I began to truly understand the importance of intentional self-reflection and personal auditing as essential practices for wellness. NYU’s rigorous training and emphasis on both clinical skill and critical thinking helped shape my belief that ongoing wellness isn’t passive—it requires us to carve out time and energy to honestly assess where we are, what we need, and how we grow.
2000-2004
Binghamton University
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in English and Philosophy from Binghamton University, where I developed a strong foundation in critical thinking, communication, and a deep appreciation for the human experience. This academic background continues to inform my work as a therapist, helping me approach each individual with curiosity, empathy, and a respect for their unique story.
